Help! Chicken Wing Recipe

Hey there, my boyfriend LOVES chicken wings, and of course he bought some raw chicken wings and I want to make them without deep frying them, buutt don't know how. Please help me!

I make hot wings (and thighs and legs) by putting them all in a baking dish, covering with the sauce of your choice and then baking at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Once they're done in the oven, take them out and turn the oven to 'broil'. When the broiler's ready (I usually wait about 5 minutes) then put them under the broiler 5 minutes to give it a crispy finish. If you want you can also turn them and put them under the broiler for another 5 mintues, but I am usually pressed for time and don't do that. This is my husband's favorite meal.
Also, you can substitute any marinade and bake chicken the same way.0 -
