does anyone know what part of the body up downs work? or if it even helps you to get into shape?

According to cosmo it works :legs, shoulders, butt, abs.
I had never heard of it before. Looks interesting. I think it could be a good workout if down with enough reps in a semi-rapid succession.0 -
Cosmo's version of updowns are actually high-knees.
