CrossFit Workout

Hello all i hope all is well just a quick question here i do Crossfit workout which is a high intensity training twice a week for an hour and have various workouts that change for the day and i was wondering the best way to log this in to the exercise tracker since we do a variety of activities for example We did a work out were we had to do sets of 50-40-30-20-10 with a parther that consisted of doing wall balls, kettle bell swings and box jumps while the other person jump roped and switched then after we had to do a partner carry for 200 meters. So point is just wondering on how to enter such in to track the workout
