How do you measure food?

I measure absolutely everything, nor I did in the beginning. It means nothing to know that a serving or whole, natural almonds is 170 calories is you have no clue what 1serving looks like. I still measure higher calorie food or one's I'm not sure about, but I have measured berries and nuts long enough that I'm pretty accurate w/out measuring. I do still measure every once in a while just so I don't forget though.0
