When do you update your goals?

Hi everyone! I just realized that MFP doesn't automatically recalculate your goals as you lose weight. Just wanted to know how often you recalculate your goals or after how many pounds lost? My calories just went from 1520 to 1480, hope that gives me a boost in the weightloss. Thanks for reading.:flowerforyou:

I never noticed that! Thanks for pointing it out! I think I will start updating it every two weeks or 5 pounds.0

I updated my goals for every time I changed my exercise / activity level. I was a pretty effective slug when I first started this... but now I'm doing something every day. So as I stepped up being more active, I'd update my goals.0

MFP does give you a prompt to update your goals when you've lost 10 pounds. I tried it, but since I'm short it can't take any more calories away from me (it already only gives me 1200!) It just let me know that the last pounds will take longer to lose. Oh well -- it's a journey.0
