Article about overmedicating with thyroid medicine.

So I looked this up today. I'm hypothyroid, and these past two months have been really rough for me. I'd get up and exercise and by 9-10AM I'd start getting really tired and weak. Sometimes it would last all day and I got a lot of headaches. (maybe this could also explain my crazy cravings for chocolate lately, lol)
I went to the doctor and got my thyroid levels checked. I hadn't had them checked in months since I had my son which is just irresponsible on my part really. I was taking 125mc and I got lowered to 100mc. I've been taking the right dosage for a few days now I already feel better.

I looked at this article and it really made a lot of sense. I just wanted to share it if anyone else on thyroid medicine was experiencing the same thing!

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I haven't even read it yet, but I am getting ready to. Ive had some questions about my medication.
