Eating right

I just signed up today for mfp. I signed up to use the calorie counter app to help me watch my food intake. I tend to eat to much to often. I'm 6' about 195-200 but want to get down to 180 with very low body fat, and much stronger muscles. I know I need to work harder and stick to eating right to make it to my goal. I workout hard a few times a week, but you can't really tell since I keep my weight up by adding in things like ice cream, and fried foods. I figure writing down my food intake will help me see what kind of fatty I'm being without being able to pretend I didn't eat that bad.

Just writing down what you eat and getting a visual for the entire day can be a big help! Good luck0
