Hi everyone!! I think I stumbled onto something good. I believe this would be good for all the newbies and people like me that just plain don't understand the whole diet food thing LOL :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Just a word of advice, look at who is sponsoring the articles. The sugar one is not totally accurate.

    I would go to sparkpeople.com for info instead. They have tons of articles that are more accurate, in depth and have a lot of tools for beginners.

    The person in charge of that website is Linda Stradley, a cookbook author, culinary historian, web site editor, and internet entrepreneur who has been publishing her culinary website What's Cooking America since 1997. She does not have any credentials in nutrition, health, or physical training fields.

    Sorry to burst your bubble, just wanted to steer you in the right direction.
