I have been eating at or below 1200 calories and have not seen any lose this week. Am I not eating enough? This is frustrating and leaves me discouraged.

It often takes more than a week for the scale to show changes that ARE happening inside you. It is frustrating. Keep at it! If 1200 is too hard, try a little more. You should be able to envision doing this for a long time.0

not sure what you are eating so this is just taking a stab at it... Sodium will put the water weight on. Maybe you've lost but, the scale doesn't show it because of water weight.
and of course, this may not apply to you...i don't know what you eat.0
