Hoping for a Negative College 15!

Hey everyone!

I am a returning user trying to start healthy eating habits and regularly exercizing all before college starts. Hopefully starting before college means I'll make them habit so I have a negative Freshman 15! I'd love some new friends on here to help motivate me and I can motivate them too :) Friend me if you'd like, I'll look around too! It'd be nice to have some people my age just because they fully understand the difficulties of staying really healthy in college but any age is fine too.

    You can do it! I had a Freshman -20 and then a Sophomore -50. You just have to remember that true weight loss doesn't happen in a day. Stick with it and you'll get what you want, I'm sure of it.
