Ice Baths?

Do they really make that much of a difference? I'm sore and I've tried everything else but I HATE the cold lol.

I use them several times per week but am fortunate enough to work out at a place that makes them available with proper quantities of ice. It would be tricky for me to try this at home and I am not sure if it would be worth it. There are other claims about additional benefits of ice baths/ice packs but I am not sure if those are really very sound.0

That's just torture LOL. Try a warm bath with Epsom salts four times a week and book your self a massage :-)

LOL, I think I would rather be sore than do an ice bath. A warm bath seems to help me some, with some Epsom salts thrown in.0

They're great after really long runs. Hard to endure, but I found them beneficial.0
