How come I cant see the change

I have recently lost 61lbs over the last 3 and a half months but all I see when I look in the mirror is the obstacle in front of me. At what weight will I really feel accomplished like I have actually done something? How long till I notice a differance from hitting the gym? I have been on it every day for the last 15 days with only 1 day off and for ten of those days I actually stayed the same weight. Any advice from ppl that have already taken this trip would be greatly appreciated. I will get back to the weight I was in the service which was 200 but would enjoy pointers that are actually relevant.
