Thanks, guys, a lot of wise people here! I know i won't lose this much every week but i do typically lose a lot after my 'first week' and i'm just happy of an indication that it's all going in the right direction. I will try not to be bummed when the scale doesn't move but i do need the scale, i've been trying to do it without it in the past and without the accountability of knowing my weight my efforts never came to anything. I will look into measuring myself too. My anxiety disorder does make things so much harder so you all might need to bear with me if i have a panic or a flap every now and then, lol.0
