Motivation and Food ideas

Hi everyone,

I have been on MFP for over an year now. I have lost 87lbs and I am so proud of it. I am looking for some help regarding the following things and I'm hoping that all of you will have great suggestions. Also, please feel free to add me as a friend on MFP; im always looking to increase my support group!

1. I am looking for some good snacks. I normally have nuts/crackers and cheese or granola bars...but im board of them and Im looking for new idea's

2. I typically try and workout everyday. I either walk outside or walk on the threadmill. The treadmill is a better workout, but I enjoy being outside in the summer. I also work out using the Jillian Micheals video, there fantastic; but again, im looking for something new to add to my excersise routine.

3. I'm looking for some better lunch and dinner ideas. I typically bring left overs for lunch but I feel like I am just rotating through the same foods. So maybe, we can all share some dinner idea's to help each other out. See my list below

Any and all suggestions would be fantastic. I'm really proud of where I have gotten using my MFP; but I'm looking to continue to improve my fitness and lifestyle.

    Congrats on your progress! 87lbs is AMAZING!!!

    These are my favorites:

    Snacks:
    *Apple with natural peanut butter
    *Raspberries and strawberries
    *90% chocolate (one square) usually only to kill a sugar craving
    *Trail mix

    Lunch:
    *Black Beans, Avacado, Feta in a wrap
    *Any kind of sando with organic meat, lettuce, tomato and pepper

    Dinner:
    *Southwest salad - Romain, corn, black beans, Red pepper, onion, salsa as dressing
    *bbq chicken (seasoned however) and a veg
    *Frittata (baked omellete with tons of veggies)

    Excersise:
    *Cycling (I LOVE IT)
    *P90X - shoulders & arms, cardiox, plyo (only if you LOVE the burn), Core synergistics
    *Jogging
