    america sucks don't do it! i maaay suffer from a slight touch of anglophenia and i blame david tennant.

    ..but we do have amazing beaches here. los angeles is pretty awesome.

    @thaelvyn... if u come to Cali... Northern California is where it's at!!! I live in the wine country north (across the Golden Gate) from San Francisco. So much more natural beauty and authentic living than in SoCal (just my opinion of course). =)

    Do any of you have any good ideas to pass on that you are using with your diet plan ? I need to get started ( I would like to lose 40-50 pounds by the first of 2013.....which isn't an unattainable goal.......BUT.....what type of exercise would be the best. ? Should I begin walking first ?
    How many of you have joined a GYM ? I thought when I have lost 10-20 pounds it might be time to then JOIN a gym...( just to make sure I am going to stick with this plan to diet and become FIT ....)

    Would appreciate any comments.

    BTW....I am married to a man who NEVER COMPLIMENTS me at all.....I lost my first DH ( who was my soulmate )...he passed away in 2002 unexpectedly ........ and htat man complimented me at my HIGHEST WEIGHT after pregnancy !
