Help!

I am having issues trying to get all of my calories in a day! On a normal day I am supposed to eat 1200 calories, but on average get about 800. I have been trying to boost my Calorie intake and keep my FAT intake down... Anyone know some Easy recipies?

everything that I can think of that is high in calories is high in fat, but healthy fats. You do need healthy fats in your diet.0

I have the same problem, but I try to eat as much as I can, I almost reach my calorie intake! But when I workout there's more
calories added try protein shakes & you can add fruits, maybe a boiled egg I also Google & found some high in fat healthy meals
