Everyone has days when they don't want to train. How do you all overturn these negative feelings and get out there and give it some? I just think back to the things that I have not succeeded in during sport and it gives me fire in my belly.

Every morning when the alarm goes off at 5, I tell myself that I have the choice to go for a run or not. If I lean towards snuggling deeper down in my duvet, I 'feel' how I will feel in an hour, either going (upbeat, positive, sense of achievement) or not (dissapointed in myself, fat, grumpy).
Working a charm so far. :bigsmile:0 -

That's a great way to do it. I have lots of people who have doubted me and I take my training out on them lol0 -

This is totally me. I get angry and prove people wrong. Or Maybe I'm proving myself wrong... Whatever it is it works!0 -
A bad work out is better than not going at all --- I usually think of this & I usually end up going, even if it's only for a little while! It's all better than nothing0
