Quick Question

I wonder if anyone can help me.. I use the arc trainer at my gym between 2-3 x per for 20-25 minutes. I can't figure out how to record this activity in the exercise log. When I search for arc trainer, nothing comes up, so I've been logging it in as elliptical, which is the closest thing. I'd like to have an accurate picture of what I'm doing each week... any ideas?
Thanks,
Marci

if you don't have an HRM, then you need to use the perceived exertion scale.

it's not perfect, but it'll give you a much closer number than just using someone else's numbers from a different machine.0 -
