Okay so I am a little frustrated. Not too much just a little. Three weeks ago I was wokring out 75 minutes a day. Then I got the flu and had no energy for two weeks. Then I went on vacation where I walked miles and miles everyday. I thought that would help me get my strength back. The only problem is that I didn't eat much on vacation so I think I became worn down. I took Monday off this week and barely did anything Tuesday so I could rest up. I started doing my normal 75 minutes again and I can barely make it through! I do 45 minutes of Taebo cardio and 30 minutes of Taebo upper body or glutes and abs. Right now I am NOT enjoying my work outs. I am grouchy when I am done (though later I feel better for doing it). If Billy Blanks was here in person I would probably tell him how much I don't like him, while I am working out. I'm just frustrated because I feel like I have had to take two steps backwards. I'll keep pushing because I'm not sore the next day. I just don't have much energy. I've never had much energy anyway, but it's worse this week. I didn't have any weight loss last week and I've been starving this week so I've had to exercise hard to work off what I've eaten! I'm just kind of tired. I feel for all you who have had or have the flu. It stinks.:ohwell:

Keep at it - you'll be back where you were in no time. When you have been exercising at a certain level, it's easier to get back there after a short break than if it's been years and years . . .

    He'll do that!

I find that when I take a break from one exercise, say kickboxing, and focus on say, cycling, kickboxing goes to pot. It does come back quickly though.

I'm always a little hungry. I've kinda accepted it, like having straight hair.

I've been exercising to eat since day 1.

You'll get back into the swing soon. That would be fun to yell at the teachers of the videos!

You're body is still recovering from the flu.
Give it time. You're doing more than I do and I'm not or wasn't sick!
You'll feel like your usual self in no time.

Hmmm...Am I the only one who has yelled profanities to the exercise instructor on videos? LOL Sometimes it just feels better! Just have to give it time and you'll get back to where you were. Try, maybe, starting off with a little less until that's easy for you. Remember how hard it was when you first started? More than likely you've been able to add more since then, right? I have. You can do it! Just have some patience and faith and you'll get there. :) We're all here rooting for you!
