    Hey, around here in during the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo you can get deep fried bacon (battered then deep fried); that is almost bacon cake. And they also deep fry cake, so maybe they can figure out how combine them.

    Bacon should be logged as an exercise. My heart beats with excitement at the smell of it, and then after I eat it my heart beats really fast in an odd pattern from all the grease & cholesterol coursing through me...haha

    I know someone who puts shake n' bake on his bacon, and then fries it in a pan in oil. It is (of course) "shake n' bacon".

    While I LOVE bacon, I have not braved his recipe.

    ick! I have an aunt who does something like this. battered and in the deep fryer.....was never brave enough to try it.

    My father litterally makes bacon, (manager for the charcuterie)......now thats real bacon! nothing like the the jiggly bits of chemically enhanced liquid smoke thin sliced pork belly you find near the hot dogs lol
