Don't let a bad day get you down

So I have done this a gazillion times and this time I promised to stay on my fitness pal and log in my food and just get to where I needed to go. For the past two days I have eaten some crap foods (I went to 2 different bar b que's). Now okay I am not saying this because I am proud I am posting this because I didn't give up I logged my bad days and got back on track usually I would just finish the week eating whatever. MY POINT: DON'T LET A COUPLE BAD DAYS GET YOU DOWN JUST GET BACK ON TRACK AND TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU CAN DO DIFFERENTLY (you know at the next bar b que) good luck :)

    Thank you for this post. I have had two bad days. Very hot in Chicago so no workout. ( safe excuse) pizza two days in a row. Ugh I was doing so good. Ok tomorrow new day
