Ive just done the first workout and it's brilliant. You may know that they won't shop to the UK but I have a multiregion DVD player and I bought it from USA eBay. Tips I've learnt:

All sellers say they don't ship to UK but if you send a message, some agreed.
Check in the shippings costs. I had buyers quoting from 15 dollars to 49 dollars.
Remember you will have to pay an 8 pound customs charge plus VAT to the courier as well.

I really think it was worth the cost and effort though.
