SBF2 Reboot Boogaloo! Week of Sept 14th

Didn't quite make my two hour biking goal yesterday, but added a 30 min walk. I hope to get another hour and 45 min bike in today. There is some rain predicted this week, so it may be difficult to get a lot of training in. Poor husband hasn't even been on his bike. It's going to take a lot more training to get up to the 63 mile mark - in 4 weeks!

confession time:
Went to a party last night and drank too much red wine. Not feeling so good today (I've turned into a lightweight. . .I only had three glasses)
So, today is a day off. I might go for a walk, as the weather is gorgeous! Or, I might take a nap.

I am feeling better, though not 100%. I am going to try to get back into a work out routine tomorrow.
I have GOT to get my eating under control! :explode: What is wrong with me? I just want to eat all the time, and not healthy stuff either. One of my friends says she's going on a 6 month journey of exercise and eating better. My competition side comes alive and I can't let her get skinny and I stay this weight! DH has acid reflux really badly right now so I need to change his diet too. I think most of my problem is that I am just burned out with the healthy meals I know to eat. But I don't want to try new recipes in case I don't like them because then I've wasted food. I'm such a basket case. lol
What do you all eat for breakfasts and snacks? I need help! I've got to get motivated again!
Today is a lazy day...again. Tomorrow I will try to get a work out in but I have a dentist appointment in the morning so we shall see. It's right before lunch so I may not feel like eating anything. lol. I though that maybe I could just get a smoothie or milkshake in case I don't feel like chewing but I am finding out that I am still somewhat lactose intolerant.
That's my novel for the day. I'll be back tomorrow.
