I've lost an alarming amount of flexibility since starting running (I knew it happened but I'm still stunned at how much and how fast). I'd like to start doing yoga every other day before work but I don't want to get up any earlier than 6am which means my hard cap for time is a 30 minute routine.
Any recommendations? So far I have the abbreviated practice in this DVD (http://www.ashtanga.com/html/p.lasso?p=10066) which does truly kick my butt. I'd like a couple others so I can change it up for variety though.
Thanks!

Depends if you are really into the spiritual yoga or looking to get some good flexibility and burn. I have Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Strict practitioners will say "this isn't yoga" but it is a great stretch/ strength building routine. 30 minutes and 2 workouts on one dvd.0
