Great read! Kinda of reinforces Lyle McDonald's perspective that people tend to overtrain and reduce thier own effectiveness by not allowing enough rest to preoperly progress.0

I knew the article was right for me as I was sore enough to start reading up on "recovery". Then all I'd heard a few years back when I originally joined MFP started coming back to me. I am glad that the article is so complete. I want to keep up on cardio but still allow the muscles to regroup(rebuild:)Great read! Kinda of reinforces Lyle McDonald's perspective that people tend to overtrain and reduce thier own effectiveness by not allowing enough rest to preoperly progress.0
