Anybody know Assyrian foods?

My boyfriend is Assyrian, and we went to his aunt's house for his birthday supper on Saturday. She made wonderful beef and chicken kabobs, some kind of rice that I absolutely cannot get enough of, and lots of other tasty things. I got those in my diary okay, I just used generic things (although for the rice I don't know if it was right), but I am having a hard time with the kleicha! I am in LOVE with kleicha, but I'm afraid to eat it without knowing the numbers for it. Does anybody know the nutritional info for them?

P.S. - they're some kind of pastry with dates in them. I just call them cookies though :laugh:
