Restaurant Work Out

I am an avoid Foodie and I believe I don't have to give that up to be healthly and fit (smiles). So far the biggest tip I have learned is to ask for substitutions. For example swapping French Fries for Brocolli Florets. Would you be willing to share your favorite restaurant tips too? How about also sharing two restaurants that really facilitate this and make it easy for us?

Tips to share: 1. Get all sauces and dressings on the side so you can control how much is added, and 2. Swap the carbs for a second vegetable that you love.
