MFP Recipe ?

I just submitted the ingredients for my first recipe using Food, Recipes, Add. There is an option at the bottom asking, 'Would you like to submit this recipe to the MyFitnessPal recipe database?" Where do these go? Can we search them? Add a recipe to our recipes? It would also be nice to have a comments field for a recipe where we can add cooking instructions for the ingredients. Just a thought. :}
