JM's Ripped in 30- How many days on each level?

I completed 30DS in June and I started Ripped in 30 on July 1st. So far I have done the workout Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday... I am going to do it today after work and tomorrow morning. That will be five days this week.
I know Jillian suggests to do the workout 5-6 times a week.. so I took those "rest" days by doing Couch to 5k instead.
Should I start Level 2 on Sunday? Or should I do seven full days of the Level 1 workout?

When I did it, I alternated with running. I did RI30 3 days a week, so I did each level a total of 6 times over 2 weeks. It took me 8 weeks to finish instead of 30 days, but I still got good results. I think you can adapt it to whatever works for you. I hope that helps!0

Im actually doing RI30 and started on level 2, and am doing about 9-10 days of each level, currently Im on day 8 of level 3. Im also doing it with INSANITY workout.0
