I did it! I only did 2 weeks of it because I got really bad shin splints from it. I am actually going to be starting it again on Monday but in the 2 weeks of doing it, I lost inches everywhere and 6lbs!0

I did over and over for a year off and on. I had great results and with walking (which later progressed to running) I had great results. I am now doing Insanity, which without doing 30DS for awhile I would have never been able to handle!0

I did it in June loved it so i'm doing it again with the group "30 Day Shred In July"... If you are doing it and need support and motivation join the group!!0

I only made it 10 days in last time I did it. My before and afters made my personal trainers jaw drop, and I'd lost 3.2lbs and 4.5 inches.
Yes, that was in just 10 days. I can only imagine how I'll look at the end of this round. (Just started again today. )0 -
I did this work out straight through. I lost more inches then pounds, but felt good and had more endurance. I loved it because in less than 30 minutes I burned 300 plus according to my HRM, the day and how hard I was working.0

Well this is good to hear. You all seem to have lost inches around the waist, which is my trouble spot. I can't wait to get started.0

I love the 30DS!!! I've done it a couple times. Both times, I didn't see much movement on the scale, but the measurements were WAY down! 2 dress sizes for me as well
I HIGHLY recommend it! And make sure you take measurements before and after!

Tomorrow will be day 19 for me so 9ths day of level 2. I haven't officially weighed this week but think I am down another 2 pounds so if so a total of 6 pounds and won't measure yet.
I am noticing more pain like for jumping but not so bad I plan to stop. Today I took off to give my body a break but have done it 18 days with just 2 days off so more than 6 days a week. I hope to take this day then just finish off with no days off. I can see my definition and I still have a ton of weight to lose but I did it to just get back to working out!0 -
I've got 4 days left of level 3, started on3rd of June and have had days off for going away and being ill but so far have lost 1/2 a stone and inches off my waist, hips and arms.0

I did it in April, for 30 days straight. I lost 3lbs but 6.5 inches in total. Its great if you stick with it. I do no more trouble zones now. Love Jillian0

Day 1 was tough for me, I do hate jumping jacks. I will do it Sunday thru Friday next week and see what happens. Also I am 60 not 20 might be why I am having a tougher time. But I have motivation to stay young and fit.0

My last day of this today and here are my results -
Left thigh, was 26 inches now 25 inches
Right thigh, was 26 inches now 25 inches
Hips, was 48 inches, now 46 inches
Waist, was 38 inches, now 35 inches
Bust, was 44 inches and still 44 inches!!
Right arm, was 14.5 inches, now 13.5 inches
Left arm, was 14.5 inches, now 13.5 inches
Weight, was 196lbs, now 189lbs
So overall I've lost 7lbs and 9 inches since 3rd June which is pretty good!0 -
What do people eat when doing this? Cals wise? I need to eat 1400 to fuel my body. So would have to bump up to 1600 at least.
I have done it in the past but gave up. But life has thrown me a curve ball and I need to focus. What to get fit enough to try kick boxing. Need a focus now my partner has left me. x0 -

I did all 30 days, CONSECUTIVELY. I dropped 7 lbs and 11 inches all around. I also lost 1.3% of body fat and gained .5% of muscle mass.
Yesterday I started her Extreme Shed & Shred.. let's see how that goes0 -
