i just cant seem to get motivated lately. I maintained 3-a-day workouts for months, and then.....nothing. I thought i had overtrained so i took time off. Ive been off since last month, and managed to lose 12lbs and many, many inches. (because without my workout, i lose my appetite and dropped down to 1300 calories instead of 2500.) its not that i dont want to work out, or that im enjoying my break. Its more that the idea of picking up heavy stuff/jumping around makes me tired. Example; i deadlift 210lbs for 5+reps. We just got a new olympic bar (cant put any more weight on the old one....i may have bent it.) that is 45lbs unloaded. Just moving it into the house (about 30 feet) and i had to sit down. It took me 4 hours to assemble the bench because picking up the parts made me tired. This is ridiculous! After a month off i should be running circles around my workouts, but ive got my head rested on my kitchen table right now. By all respects im healthy as a horse, but im just exhausted.

Try to do small workouts each day that does'nt fully exhaust you, and build up back to longer more intense workouts. Also try to find any idol that motivates you or something that really makes you wanna move!

I would definetly make sure you have good complex carbohydrates with the cut in calories also make sure sure are not throwing your vitamines or levels out of whack. I know with change in diets I sometimes take out foods I need and kill my energy levels. If you review your food diaries and this doesn,t help might be a good idea to get a check up.0

I feel like this right now. For the last few weeks I've eaten crap and hardly worked out at all. I think I just get bored. That coupled with work being crazy right now and getting my home ready for an out of town visitor, I just don't have the energy to do anything. I'm still tracking my food, which sucks, but hopefully soon I'll be able to get back on the bandwagon. Sometimes life just gets in the way.0
