Upper / Lower body strength uneven

Hi!
Very specific question:
What upper body exercise(s) should I add to my routine / or put more focus on to help my arms while I'm squatting with a barbell? My legs are very ready to progress to heavier squatting weights but my upper body progressions are slower. So far, cleaning a 50 pound bar from the floor and up and over my head is possible, but difficult and causes soreness pretty quickly in my inner elbows and posterior shoulders after all 4 squat sets.
...I get a lot of my newbie education from exrx.net - but I'm not sure which upper body exercises to focus on for this.
