Trouble losing..

I was doing the Dukan Diet from September 2011 - January2012.. lost 18lbs ..then came off because I was fed up with the fad and gained 7lbs.. I maintained for aaaagesss! I'm 156lbs, 5ft 5 (just about!) and a size 12.. I have a personal trainer once a week and work out by myself in the gym twice a week .. (interval running/x-trainer.. weights.. and now starting 5k jogs... )

I'm still sticking to low carb as it seemed to work, & I really do try to eat my allowed calories!! (1200) but I'm struggling to see weight come off?

This week has been so-so but last week I feel went really well!! I rarely eat processed foods, mainly cook for myself..
