No Appetite

What happens when you cut back on carbs from "white" foods and high glycemic foods, up your protein intake and water, reduce your sodium, eliminate 99% of sugar from your diet and work out a little bit?

I don't know about you but I've lost my appetite :(

I don't feel hungry which in turn makes me feel not so energetic.

I'm supposed to eat at On the Border tonight (yucky place, I know!) and I don't feel like it.
