I've seen references to this, as in people doing it, but am not sure what it entails...
Can someone give me the low down and why people do it?

I'm not sure the correct way to do it for you but when I did it I looked online and entered my stats 22years old, 119lbs 5'2.
Exp. M-900 T-1400 W-1000 TH-1500 F-850 S-1600 SU-1200
Basically u go low (below bmr) and go high(above tdee) and bounce around in between. Again I'm not a pro and I only did it 2 weeks so I didn't see much change

Do you eat back your exercise calories then? I go tothe gym or run at least 4 days a week. I wouldn't be able to do that on really low calories without fainting!0

I did. I don't think it matters the order but just plan ur high days on workout days. And like I said those were the numbers the online device gave me so u might wanna do so reaserch what numbers would be good for u. Good luck
I naturally cal cycle just according to the day I'm always diff between 1000-1500 net0
