30 day shred question

I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout today and was just wonder if this is a tool I should use after I lose the weight to tone or to help me lose the weight or inches (not picky).
My stats I currently weigh 158lbs and I'm 5'2. I carry most of my weight in my belly.

Use it now. You can do any type of exercise to lose weight/tone, there is not specifics for using one for toning or one for losing. I used it, although I gained weight on it I lost a ton of inches. If you look at my profile, the first pic in each set is the day I started 30ds, and the second pic is the day that I finished. I am heavier in the 2nd but obviously thinner:)0

Wow your results are awesome! As long as I lose inches and get in better shape overall I don't care if I weigh more!
