Hey folks, I am doing a 30 day Challenge starting monday 7/9. Yes, I am a Beachbody coach, no, it doesn't cost anything.

If you have a Beachbody program somewhere that you failed to complete at some point in the past and want to give it another shot with some help of a group, contact me. If you already have a program it will cost you nothing, just sweat and accountability. You can do that right? You can handle 30 days cant you?
