Im new to myfitnesspal

Hello everyone Im new to myfitnesspal and was wondering if anyone knows if my approach to losing 71lbs is the right way to go about it. According to my fitnesspal I should only consume 1900 Cal/day to lose 1lb a week. Also I need to exercise 5 times a week for a total of 30 minutes per workout. To lose 1 lb. I am also helping control my eating habits by using Syntha-6 Meal Replacements to be able to eat 5 - 6 times a day small portions. I am drinking 1 Gallon of water per day. I also am using Oxy-Elite Pro a thermogenic supplement.
