Has anyone done this DVD before and liked it? I really need a new DVD to do, I have this one already i did workout to it today.

I've been doing Jillian Michaels for the past 9 months and I've gotten great results but now I wanna try something new for a little bit. I've done her 30 day shred, ripped in 30, body revolution, some of her 6 week 6 pack, extreme shed and shred.

    It is great-- makes me hate Jackie Warner at the end of it, but I really enjoyed doing it (after I got done picking myself up off the floor). I'm spending time at the gym now, so not really doing any DVDs, but I would definitely go back to this.

    i noticed there are 2 workouts, i think around 25 minutes each. did you do both each day or just 1 each day? the one i did today did make me pretty sore, esp my abdominal area!

    I just picked this up on Saturday and used it that night. I did the upper body workout because at the moment I am doing a split - either upper or lower. I started the lower body tonight but very early on she said they were incorporating shoulders and I was like, "NOOOOOOO!" and quickly switched to Jillian's Killer Buns...because I tried dumbbell swings for the first time yesterday and my shoulders are still feeling tender from those. I like Jackie's training style, although being a newb, she moves from one exercise to the next a little too quickly for me but I hope as time goes on that will change.
