The weight-loss has officially slowed it's roll.

Hi all! I started this site at the end of this past feb. Since than I have gone from 196 to 159 :)..I have 15 more lbs to go before I hit my goal and the weight seems like it's taking forever to come off. Any suggestions besides hitting it harder at the gym? It's irriating me how close I'am and how I'm not loosing like I was in the beginning. I thought about going back to the Special K diet for 2 weeks ( I did that in the beginning to jump start..lost 5lbs from it ). Anyways, Suggestions please? :)

Have you reassessed your calories since losing so much?

No, I haven't. I have it set to 1200, and I usually range from 900-1100..I know a lot of people say that's too little. But I eat until I'm satisfied & that's where I feel satisfied.

WIth just 15lb to lose, try changing it to half a pound per week, and see what happens.

Can't hurt, better to aim for half pound and get it, than aim for 1lb and lose nothing.
