I'm thinking about starting one of these programs and I was wondering for those of you that have done them which do you think would be more beneficial
My main thing is to lose like the last 5 pounds and reduce my body fat percentage I'm at about 24% and would LOVE to be around 16%, I really want to get rid of fat and get toned and slimmed I know I'm going to gain some muscle but I dont want to get TOOO muscular you know what I mean...I want to be skinny with some muscle so I'm not a twig
So which do you think would be better for me? Also for any other ladies who have done them feel free to post your results I'd love to see and hear about your experience with it!

I'm doing Insanity. I've heard it's better for losing fat, while P90X is better for building muscle.0

I'm doing Insanity since it's more cardio based and gives better results for running. I'm more interested in sliming down and getting fit then just building muscle. I'm probably going to get P90X for Christmas if I get my wish though!0
