30 day shred

I am thinking of doing the 30 day shred however i am not sure how i would count that in MFP. Could past users of this program please shed (haha) some light on what i should do? and how?

  • Whenever I do 30 Day Shred I just lot it as circuit training.

    I've seen several people say to track it as circuit training. It seems to be working for me.

    Yep, I was always told to do it as circuit training.

    I've been logging it as circuit training too. However, today I got my HRM so I used what it told me.

    i count it here - 20 minutes of circuit training

    i logged it at first 28min circuit training until my hrm came in then logged it with the hrm.(made my own exercise)

    The average calories burned for level 1 is 180. so I made my own exercise.... I would rather be under than over....
