HI just putting this on so my friend might find me on here to add me to her friends list.
Does anyone know a better way to add friends.

    yeppers!

    just simply type your friends user name in the browser after the MFP address. for example:

    www.myfitnesspal.com/heather0mc

    this will take you to my page. do this with your friends name and then you can add them as a friend.

    however, you have to know their user name :wink:
