How do I help this pain?

I run 4 times a week 3 miles or more each time. I'm also doing 30 Day Shred. I'm having this pain on the inside of both of my legs about 2 inches above my ankle. I've been fitted for shoes an such so I know it's not that. I've really noticed it after I started the 30DS. Has anyone else had this pain? Do you have any suggestions on how to help it or stretch it? It's kind of in an awkward position and I have no idea how to stretch that muscle in my leg.

    Have you tried foam rolling? BeachBody has the Tai Cheng program which has great body loosening drills, they work wonders on the feet, ankles and hips. Try feet strengthening drills or calf work. May be shin splints, which if you draw the alphabet out with your foot while holding your leg straight and sitting, do each foot twice. Also another good one is stand on a tennis ball or golf ball and learn to pickup with your toes. All give ankle and foot strength.
