Snapple says no calories on the bottle. When i input it in myfitnesspal it says its 10 calories. Also, i was on the eliptical today and it said i burned about 450 calories for 60 min. When i input it here, it says almost 1000. Which do i believe??

The difference between ten calories and zero calories is irrelevant. But trust the label in general, it will tend to be more up-to-date.
As far as the elliptical, the machine knows the intensity you used, so I'd trust it more.0 -

Is the 0 on the label for 1/2 a bottle? They can legally put 0 even if it isn't actually 0 but a few. Most of those bottles are 2+ servings each. Crystal Light has 0 if you only have a half, more than that and it has calories.
Ah, I would trust the elliptical too if you were using the heart rate frequently. I have a HRM and I find MFP for the elliptical to be way off. And I crank mine up to 20 resistance so I know I am working hard at it and I could never reach the amount of calories burned that MFP says I will. Not knocking the site as most of the other online sites have the same issues with ellipticals.0
