I have a 65 year old female friend who is a fitness inspiration to me at my own age of 39. She teaches kayaking, has a very active job on a cruise ship, takes spin classes, water aerobics, and lifts weights.

She has six pack abs and I first met her in a bellydance class. One's age is apparently not an excuse.
