Hello MFP Friends! I am what you would call a career dieter....tried most every plan out there. I am an obsessed exerciser but a seriously sucky eater and want to lose 45 pounds. I do well for a short time but always fall back into bad habits and can not seem to get past the 80 mile marker (that would be 180 pounds ... just realized readers prob dont know my own slang
)....anyway..I usually do better with rules and guidelines so was wondering if anyone had some advice for me????

if it is really hard to stop eating certain foods, try following a simple rule of eating anything you want before noon, anything! for breakfast and snack, then from lunch time starts stricter eating, nothing fried, sweet, etc. etc. the usual.0
