Top of Foot Pain...

Hey there everyone...after my run yesterday the top of my foot started hurting...went ahead and worked out today on the Arc at the Y...now it hurts and my ankle and foot are swelling...I googled it and think maybe tendonitis??? Question is...can I keep working it? Sunday is my rest day and I hate missing a day in between.....I did ice it today..thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated!
