I am doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. When I am doing the 20 minute exercise, I know I am burning a lot of calories, but how do I determine how many actual calories I am burning? The calculators online say I am only burning 212 calories. But I think that is low. Help me figure this out. Any suggestions or websites would be appreciated.
