    Yeah, I've been eating like this for quite awhile. I've gone from a 10 petite to a 4 petite. Just looking to see if anyone has any suggestions :)

    i'd say don't cut back much more, it looks pretty lean and when you eat super lean foods over a long time the possibility of a binge goes up a lot because of a general deprived feeling. :)

    That's just what MFP gives me by default because I'm so small. I do eat most, if not all, of my exercise calories back though :)

    Lol. I do eat breakfast pretty much every day though.
